There are a few straight forward and easy rules to apply when looking for a new home.

When looking for a new home, one of the first things to look at is the location of the house. To take advantage of the best energies, you need to look at the environment around the house. This is the direct environment, so the garden and the street it is in. Make sure neither the garden or the street are cluttered and nothing sharp points at the house. A cannon pointing straight at the house is generally not considered very lucky. If the garden is overgrown and in a mess, make sure you start to tidy it straight away. Bare in mind that moving next door to a junkyard may not be a good one. It could mean that your own life (ie. Mind, body, business life, career, and relationships) will get cluttered also.

It is generally considered good luck to be near water. Water gives a lot of energy, and can also give too much energy. It is important that the house you want to move into has the most beneficial energies. 

When moving into a house someone else has lived in before (as opposed to a new house) it is important to clear the energies of the previous occupant. You can do this by cleaning, painting and replacing carpets. You can have the energies cleared professionally. This means you interrupt the energy flow, and will not get stuck with any bad luck the previous owners had!
