Feng
Shui is very much about balance. Balance of light and dark,
positive and negative, female and male, in short, of yin and yang.
Yin represents the female, the dark, the still, the moist, the
moon, the receiving, the passive, the rain, the earth, winter, the
cold. Yang represents the male, the light the energy, the sun, the
mountains, the heavens, the summer, and the heat.
The above attributes are also represented in humans, and we can
determine whether a man is masculine and a woman is feminine quite
easily. All men and women invariably have both yin and yang
qualities and also can adapt these depending on situations.

In
relationships this means that there ought to be a healthy polarity
between the Yin and the Yang. Where one partner displays a lot of
feminine, the other automatically moves into the more masculine
role. This can vary throughout a relationship and it is
interesting to see how relationships evolve. Sometime the polarity
is lopsided, and the relationship is unbalances.
What can we do about that?
There are excellent remedies to counteract an imbalanced relationship or to attract a relationship in one's life. |
